Service Description
Sometimes you don't need a whole design. You just need someone who knows what they're doing to look at the problem and tell you what to do next. Bring me your questions, decisions, dilemmas and "what would you do here?" moments. We'll use our 30 minutes to work through whatever has you stuck. Whether that's choosing between two rugs, figuring out what colour to paint, deciding what furniture works, or simply getting a second opinion before you spend the money. Think of it as design therapy. Cancellation Policy
By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below: Scope of Services - Studio SQ provides interior design advice and recommendations within the scope of the service you book. A service does not include deliverables unless expressly stated in the booking description. Advice is based on the information available at the time and is not a substitute for specialist advice from qualified architects, engineers, builders, tradespeople or other relevant professionals where required. Your Responsibilities - Please ensure your booking details and contact information are accurate. You are responsible for providing the information required for your selected service and deciding whether and how to implement any recommendations provided. Studio SQ cannot guarantee specific outcomes, product availability, pricing or the suitability of third-party products and services for your particular circumstances. Rescheduling, Late Cancellations, Late Arrivals and No-Shows - At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your booking without penalty. If less than that or a no-show, 50% of the original booking fee will be retained. You may choose one of the following options: 1) Reschedule: Pay the remaining 50% of the original booking fee to secure a new appointment at the full original service price, or 2) Cancel: Receive a refund of the remaining 50% of the original booking fee, with the other 50% retained. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Design Diagnosis bookings are non-cancellable once paid. The turnaround time is seven days from receipt of all required materials, as requested. Please ensure the information and measurements you provide are as accurate and complete as possible. Recommendations are based on the information you supply. Please join/arrive at the scheduled time/location. Any time lost due to a late arrival will be deducted from your allocation. At Studio SQ’s discretion, and where scheduling permits, your consultation may be extended to make up for lost time, but this is not guaranteed. If a technical issue on the Studio SQ side prevents the consultation from proceeding, we will work with you to arrange an alternative appointment.
